Some Bluetooth cards (e.g. Broadcom) conflict with the network adapter. Thus, you need to make sure that your Bluetooth device gets connected before the network service boot.

Mentioned in Archwiki in bluetooth section and i have also faced this. So you need to start bluetooth service before the network service
Try below steps
Caution below command will turn off your wifi
sudo systemctl stop NetworkManager
Then
sudo systemctl stop bluetooth
sudo systemctl start bluetooth
Once the bluetooth service also started.
bluetoothctl
Inside the bluetoothctl prompt try
discoverable on
After this search your bluetooth in your mobile device to check connectivity
After all this step whether your bluetooth is connected or not. Kindly turn on your network service so you can use wifi
sudo systemctl start NetworkManager

Sir thanks for your valuable support in solving this issue, luckily my laptop now discovering devices i dont know how but now the problem solved .cd /lib/firmware/brcm sudo wget --no-check-certificate https://140.82.112.4/winterheart/broadcom-bt-firmware/raw/master/brcm/BCM43142A0-0a5c-216c.hcdthis code may be the reson my bluetooth working ,thanks again mohan sir and parameshwar sir.
