Status of May:
1. Website for TossConf should be available with Moto and Other Details. - ✅
2. CFP should be opened for Hackathon (need to reach college), Speakers and Workshop. ✅
3. Internally need to Identify Keynote Speakers. - ❌
4. Stickers and T-Shirt Plan. For T-Shirt → We need to plan for sponsors. - Seems this year also no T-Shirt. ❌
5. For Hackathon, we need to discuss with colleges, General Public and more. May be a Poster and sharing it to many people. Open for ideas. - No Work Done. ❌
Plan For June:
- Need to push for Hackathons Participation
- Need to push for Workshops - No Entries received.
- Communicate with fellow communities for better reach.
- Call for Stalls - More participation.
- Internal Identification of Keynote Speaker
- Sticker Printing
- Books for Gift Printing.
- Need to update registration by June 20th.

3 Jun Meeting MOM,
Syed, Mohan, Sivaraam had discussed about the stickers and there were a few proposed changes for example using Creative commons instead of copyleft and adding programming softwares. Replaced redis logo with valkey. Please find below the updated stickers and share the feedback if any

TossConf26 Date is been pushed to July 23, 24, 25th 2026. Due to the reasons below,
- Speakers entries is low.
- Only 2 entries in TossHack 2026.
- Even though no entries on Workshop, no issues in organising it.
- Communities participations needs to be promoted.
Please feel free to defer with solutions or alternatives.
