Zoho is looking to hire cloud operations engineers with 1 to 3 years of

  1. Candidates should have good knowledge in Linux OS and cloud
    infrastructure components.

  2. He will be part of the Data Center Infrastructure team who is
    responsible for managing Zoho’s various Data Centers.

  3. Should be interested in working in a 24x7 rotational shift, which
    includes monitoring of servers and Zoho applications.

  4. Configure and provision Linux OS for a large number of servers.

  5. Installing and Maintaining various infrastructure components such as
    DNS/DHCP/NTP/Proxy/Load Balancers

  6. Working in different open source tools for automation (Puppet / Ansible
    ).

  7. Coordinating with teams for DB / Application upgrades.

  8. Carrying out regular DR switching tests across the globe.

  9. Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision and handle
    multiple priorities.

  10. Must exhibit good communication and be able to function well under
    pressure.
