An High level agenda for APRIL

  1. Try to collect as many problem statements from different communities for TossHack’26.

  2. Website design - Current Stage: we have a basic design change in the website and hosted it under kaniyam subdomain. http://tossconf26.kaniyam.com/. Works need to be done in adding hackathon details, volunteers details and general flows.
  3. Date Confirmation from the community side. Currently we have got some available dates in July 9, 10, 11. This needs to discussed with in the community and finalize.
  4. Parallel stickers and T-Shirt Designing - Only the designing part.

  3. Closure → Review + Suggestion.

Walkthrough for the entire day ? Need to Ideate and come up with an idea → Next 19th.

  1. Problem Statement collection - We have gathered 18 problem statements.
  2. Website Design - Not Completed. - Will take a look on this.
  3. Date Confirmation: July 9, 10, 11
  4. Stickers and T-Shirt Designing - Not Started.

Plan for May:

  1. Website for TossConf should be available with Moto and Other Details.
  2. CFP should be opened for Hackathon (need to reach college), Speakers and Workshop.
  3. Internally need to Identify Keynote Speakers.
  4. Stickers and T-Shirt Plan. For T-Shirt → We need to plan for sponsors.
  5. For Hackathon, we need to discuss with colleges, General Public and more. May be a Poster and sharing it to many people. Open for ideas.
