லினக்சில் இரண்டு வகையான நெட்வோர்க் மேனேஜ்மண்ட் டீமாண்கள் (Daemons) உள்ளன, இரண்டுமே சாதாரண நிலையில் APIPA (அல்லது லினக்ஸ் டெர்மினாலஜியில் IPV4LL (LinkLocalAddressing)) செய்வதில்லை, ஆணால் இதை உங்களுக்கு தேவை எனில் எனேபில் செய்து கொல்லலாம்.
systemd-networkd:
இண்டர்பேஸ் கண்பிகரேஷன் கோப்பில் LinkLocalAddressing=yes என்று வைத்தால் போதுமானது.
NetworkManager:
இந்த இணைப்பில் உள்ள Link-Local Only என்ற தவலை பார்க்கவும்
