First of all, After a fresh OS installation.
Please do a system update.
Have you tried updating your system ?
After updating your system, if you still face the wifi issues. Please run below command in linux terminal and share the output.
lspci

Run The below command and show the output
rfkill list
Let’s check if the wifi drivers are loaded or not
Please execute the bellow command and share the output.
lspci -s 01:00.0 -nnk
Seems no proper driver is loaded in.
Please follow the below video guide on how to install drivers.
Make sure you connected to internet through ethernet or usb tethering so the wifi drivers can be searched and installed.

Were you connected to the internet through lan or usb tethering while checking for updates ?
If so, again run this command and shre the output

Execute the below command and post execution restart your machine and check if wifi is working.
sudo sed -i 's/3/2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
No OUTput
It won’t show anything, after restarting are you able to get wifi?
