I tried to update xz tool on update it show the version xz 5.6.1-3. After it updated the tool i again checked the version it agains show 5.6.1. Is this a concern should I do something for this
Do not install xz 5.6.0 or 5.6.1 has potential backdoor in it. Dowgrading to a version before 5.6.0 should be safe.
