Server & Workstation Management
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 2 to 8 years of experience. This customer-centric role would demand dedication and commitment to problem resolution.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the face of the company handling calls, emails, technical chats, and online web sessions with prospects, customers, and partners. You’ll need in-depth knowledge of products to assist in implementation and troubleshooting.
We are looking for specialists who have:
An understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
The knowledge of Windows OS/applications and basic networking concepts
Hands-on experience with SCCM, In-tunes, and endpoint management
Excellent written and communication skills
The willingness to work night shifts and relocate
While we’re a reasonably large company, we operate like a startup in many ways. So, you’ll be given a good amount of responsibility from day one. You should be resourceful and be able to work on your own with little supervision and work in a team environment.
