Experience: 2-8 years
Work Location: Chennai
Your responsibilities include:
Handling prospect, customer, and partner engagements
Engaging in voice, email, and chat-based support
Diagnosing and solving application issues
Analyzing the needs of users and providing timely solutions
Handling product demos, implementation, and training
Note:
Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
