Few ides and suggestions for the event from my perspective

  • We should charge a little amount to have the consistent turn up crowd. Since food is arranged by the college we can use this for snacks and other returns like stickers back to the attendees
  • We should have more engaging workshop like activities for major time and less for tech talks.
  • Recently i have heard a event called build2learn which helps in more active learning of the concepts. We can do a open source version.
  • we can do installation fest
  • Maybe CTF kond of activities focused over linux commands or systems
  • Best ricing contest, to showcase the crowd how much linux is customizable and how cool it looks

Will post more in the coming days …

I am confirming my interest with organising and speak on LINUX associated topics at the event : ( More interested to know - How to launch the website and registered the responses over the website - with help of Google-form / razor pay – PROCESS)
FYI: I am having skilled understandings on developing HTML static webpages with help of CSS, HTML, JS, PHP( A little theorectical understanding) - please engage with your discussions on this.
As part of planning for a event:

  1. We should create google form or razor pay subscription - QR Code to turn up the audiance for the event. 2) To make it promotional event - Rs.200 for one person, Rs.500 - for 3 person.
  2. Tossconf can be split to 2 versions - offline and online event.
  3. With Offline event - Participant can exhibit their skills via sharing the work through Video and Docuement ( with KanchiLUG logo/FOSS Logo).
5)Along with parameshwar inputs : Can also demo 20+ LINUX applications as a demo with exhibition ( can segregate the app demo and get well prepared & documented).
  4. Workshops involved with seat capacity of 4 to 5 people - per topic enables both trainer & audiance.

i am interested,
