Execute the below command and post execution restart your machine and check if wifi is working.
sudo sed -i 's/3/2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
No OUTput

Since issue is fixed you can revert back the settings we changed earlier on power saver back to 3
sudo sed -i 's/2/3/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
