Wifi signal is poor

Comrade, in linux mint 20.3 cinnamon even if the wifi router is at a reasonable distance , it keeps disconnecting and also the signal level is poor 30 to 45 %. But in windows , signal level is around 75% and it wont disconnect.Laptop is in the same place only. Kindly help me in solving this issue.
